Bob and Tim Kachler, along with every one who has been associated with the Minihoonies project over the past few years, all have well established reputations for work in their respective fields and all share a value system that includes ethics, high standards, and a desire to accomplish quality work.

The goals of The Minihoonie Company management team are to develop a strong, profitable company that can also contribute to our society in a positive way. For example, Bob and Tim Kachler plan to evolve and underwrite a program that will sponsor Hawaiian young people interested in developing their artistic talents. This may include a school for promising artists associated with the Minihoonie Village or the Theme Park. The Theme Park planning with also include a pavilion or public area for local craftsman and artists to work, a display area for exhibits and a place to sell their works.
